Quinney umbrella stroller

Each year, the Retired Teachers of Ontario (RTO/ERO) gives grants under its Service to Others program. The grants finance projects sponsored by the local districts.
This year, Simcoe District 17 and Project Umbrella Burma (PUB) have received $4,000 to provide a library for Karen refugee children in Blay Hostel, Mae Lah camp, Thailand.
